and they're OFF!

Heading up to Palo Alto today (on 4 wheels), then starting down the coast tomorrow (on 2 wheels).  Excited & scared at the same time.  Can't wait to get peddling.  Our Jewish friends brought us St. Christopher medals to keep us safe....strangely reassuring!
